Information We Collect

WingBridge collects flight data from your FlightCrewView account to help you track and manage your flights. This includes flight times, airports, crew information, and aircraft details.

How We Use Your Information

Your flight data is used solely to facilitate flight tracking and management. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is securely stored using Supabase with encryption at rest. We never store your FlightCrewView password. We only use secure OAuth tokens to access your schedule.

Third-Party Services

WingBridge integrates with:

• FlightCrewView - for flight data import (requires active FCV subscription, sold separately)
• Supabase - for secure data storage and authentication

Data Retention

Your flight data is retained for as long as your account is active. We retain:

• Flight records - retained indefinitely while account is active
• OAuth tokens - retained until you disconnect FlightCrewView or delete your account
• Account information - retained until account deletion is requested

Your Data Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Data Export: You can request a full export of your flight data by contacting support@wingbridge.app
• Data Deletion: You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting support@wingbridge.app. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
• Disconnect Services: You can disconnect FlightCrewView at any time from your account settings, which will revoke our access to sync new flights.

API Usage Disclaimer

WingBridge uses the Flight Crew View Logbook API. We are not affiliated with Flight Crew View. This service is for logbook purposes only - not for flight planning or operational use.
