By using WingBridge, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

Service Description

WingBridge is a flight tracking and logbook management tool that connects to FlightCrewView. We facilitate data synchronization but do not guarantee data accuracy.

Important: WingBridge uses the Flight Crew View Logbook API. We are not affiliated with Flight Crew View. This service is for logbook purposes only - not for flight planning or operational use. An active Flight Crew View subscription (sold separately) is required.

Intended Use

WingBridge is designed exclusively for personal logbook record-keeping purposes. You agree NOT to use this service for:

• Flight planning or dispatch operations
• Operational decision-making
• Real-time flight tracking
• Any safety-critical aviation operations

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Verifying the accuracy of imported flight data
• Complying with FAA regulations regarding logbook entries
• Maintaining an active FlightCrewView subscription for data sync

Subscription and Billing

WingBridge offers free and paid subscription tiers:

• Free Trial: 30-day free trial with full access to Pro features. No credit card required.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide refunds for the current billing period.
• Refunds: No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. If you're unsatisfied, simply cancel before your next billing cycle.

Limitation of Liability

WingBridge is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any inaccuracies in flight data or issues arising from logbook records. Always verify your flight data before official use.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
